Cloning a Presentation
Cloning allows you to quickly create a new Presentation record with the same information as an existing Presentation record. You can then make any necessary changes to the cloned record and save it as a new record. This is helpful if you need to create multiple Presentations with similar information.
Cloning a Presentation Record

Navigate to Presentations.

Go to All in the View drop-down list and then click the Go! button.
A list of all Presentations is displayed. -
Pick the link in the Presentation Name column for the Presentation you want to clone.
The Presentation Detail screen displays. -
Select the Clone button.
The Presentation Edit screen displays and is populated with values from the Presentation record. -
Make any changes and then Save.
