Cloning a Presentation

Cloning allows you to quickly create a new Presentation record with the same information as an existing Presentation record. You can then make any necessary changes to the cloned record and save it as a new record. This is helpful if you need to create multiple Presentations with similar information.

Cloning a Presentation Record

  1. Navigate to Presentations.

  2. Go to All in the View drop-down list and then click the Go! button.
    A list of all Presentations is displayed.

  3. Pick the link in the Presentation Name column for the Presentation you want to clone.
    The Presentation Detail screen displays.

  4. Select the Clone button.
    The Presentation Edit screen displays and is populated with values from the Presentation record.

  5. Make any changes and then Save.
