What is a Presentation?
Presentations provide you with the capability to group Candidates together and include them in a Presentation, while at the same time obscuring the contact details while showcasing the Candidates. The Presentation can be generated from a general list of Candidates, or from a group of Applications. The Presentation includes data that the user can choose to include (i.e., Date, Title, Participants, Description, and other custom fields).
A Presentation can be generated from a Contact List View, Short Lists, the AMS, and from moving one or more applicants into a particular status. Once created, a Presentation can be automatically emailed to a Contact or User. The recipient will then be able to enter their feedback which is tracked on the Presentation record.
