Presentation Email Templates Default Settings
The Presentations installed package allows for sending to different 'people'. These people could be Contact and/or Users. This is controlled via custom settings. Based upon these custom settings, the corresponding email templates will be available for use during the sending process.

By default the email templates with the installed package comes configured for these settings. If you, the customer, are creating custom email templates, the following needs to be appended to the beginning of your new email template(s).

By default the installed package has VisualForce Email Templates, but you are welcome to create other email template formats as desired; Text, HTML (using Letterhead), and/or Custom (without Letterhead).
