Unable to Add Source Subtab in Sourcing Center
Sourcing Center saves the column layout order within Salesforce in an object called Saved Searches. If a Saved Search contains a custom Field that is deleted or renamed at an API level, this will still be loaded by Sourcing Center within the standard subtabs of Contact, Candidate, and Job Match. However, if you attempt to use the Add Source feature or apply the results to a Shortlist / Job Order, the new subtab won't load and all of the results will be removed from the page.
To fix this, you can delete the Saved Search for any user that is affected. The next time Sourcing Center is loaded, a new Saved Search will be created for them automatically. The Saved Search tab is by default not created so you may need to make it to find the record.
