WTEV2: Timesheet Screen Refresh After Rejection

In the latest version of Web Time Entry, the time entry screen now refreshes once an employee accesses their Rejected timesheet. Previously, the time entry screen was not refreshing, causing the timesheet to appear stuck in the Rejected status.
