Magnit API: Sync Performance Improved with Increased Pagination

VMS Sync now supports fetching up to 1,000 records per request from Magnit, a significant increase from the previous limit of 100.

The Magnit API pagination limit for requisition and submittal list retrieval has been raised from 100 to 1,000 records per request, enabling VMS Sync to process larger data sets in fewer round trips.
