Adding Job Boards and Finding Job Board Credentials

Overview

This article contains a list of our integrated job boards and what details you need to access them through SourceBreaker.

Adding / Removing a Job Board

You must be a Manager, Owner or Operational User to perform this action.

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab under the drop-down menu in the top right of SourceBreaker.
  2. Under the Job Boards section, you can tick or untick job boards to add or remove them.

Where to Find your Job Board Credentials

CV Library

To integrate CV Library you will need to provide your team username and password.

These credentials are different to the usernames and passwords of individual users, so if you are unsure of what the team credentials are, please call CV Library on 01252 810995 and ask for the “Team username and password to integrate with SourceBreaker”.

Reed

To find your Reed Posting Key:

  1. Log into your reed.co.uk/recruiter account.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings section.
  3. Under API Access click on Get My Posting Key.

TotalJobs Group (Including Jobsite, CWJobs, Caterer, RetailChoice, CareerStructure, CityJobs, eMedCareers, JustEngineers)

This will be your email and password that you use directly on the TotalJobs platform.

Jobserve

You'll need to contact your Jobserve account manager, who will send you a form to complete in order to issue your account number and authorisation code. These credentials will be the same for all users. Alternatively, you can call Jobserve's customer service team on 01621 817335

Dice

You'll need to contact your DICE account manager to get a Client ID and Token. The username and password will be the same as what you use directly on the DICE platform.

eFinancial

You'll need to contact your eFinancial account manager for this information.

Monster

You will need to contact your Monster account manager, who will provide a search integration form to complete.

Once this has been completed they will send the CAT codes directly to SourceBreaker.

What do I do After Finding my Credentials?

Once you have your credentials, you can then input them within the Credentials page (this requires you to be a Manager or Owner within SourceBreaker). See Manage Credentials to find out how.

What if I Get an Error After Entering my Credentials?
