Amplify Digital Worker Activity Metrics

Amplify Digital Worker Activity Metrics are only available to Bullhorn Amplify customers.

This article lists and defines the Amplify Digital Worker Activity metrics available to Bullhorn Analytics users on an Amplify subscription. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.

Amplify Digital Worker Activity Metrics allow you to track your Digital Worker usage across your organization. These metrics give you visibility into how each Amplify skill is contributing to your team's activity totals. For details on how Digital Worker Activities are calculated, see Amplify Activities.

Digital Worker Activities have been correctly tracked since 1 April 2026. Data before this date may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Metric Name	Targetable?	Description
Total Digital Worker Activities	Yes	Sum of the following metrics: Candidates/Contacts Enrolled In Outreach Campaigns Completed Screen Activities Enrich From File Activities Enrich From Notes Activities Matching Activities Chat Activities Presenting Activities Standard Enrichment Activities
Standard Enrichment Activities	Yes	Count of Enrich automation steps completed in the timeframe selected. For Digital Worker activity reporting, 5000 Enrich steps = 1 Digital Worker Activity.
Matching Activities	Yes	Count of jobs matched using the Automation Match step in the timeframe selected. Each job matched = 1 Digital Worker Activity. If no candidates are found, no activity is recorded.
Completed Screen Activities	Yes	Count of screens completed in the timeframe selected. Each completed screen = 3 Digital Worker Activities.
Presenting Activities	Yes	Count of documents and packets created in the timeframe selected. Each document or packet created = 2 Digital Worker Activities. This includes Present files generated by users in the ATS, and those generated by Automation using the Generate File Automation step.
Chat Activities	Yes	Count of Chat activities in the timeframe selected. For Digital Worker activity reporting, each day a user has Chat activity = 2 Digital Worker Activities. This metric is not suitable for adoption tracking purposes as the Chat Activities metric will only return 1 Chat conversation per user per day.
Enrich from File Activities	Yes	Count of records updated using the Enrich From File automation step in the timeframe selected. For Digital Worker activity reporting, each record update = 1 Digital Worker Activity.
Enrich from Notes Activities	Yes	Count of Notes used for enriching records in the timeframe selected. For Digital Worker activity reporting, each Note from which an update is made = 1 Digital Worker Activity. There is no difference whether a single or multiple fields are updated. If no updates are saved, no activity is recorded.
Candidates/Contacts Enrolled In Outreach Campaigns	Yes	Count of Candidates and Contacts enrolled in Outreach Campaigns in the timeframe selected. Each Candidate or Contact enrolled = 1 Digital Worker Activity. This metric counts only the first enrollment for each Candidate or Contact. Subsequent Outreach steps are not included.
Advanced Enrich Activities	Yes	Sum of Enrich From Notes Activities and Enrich From File Activities.
Transcribe Activities	Yes	Count of calls / meetings where a virtual note taker has joined and transcribed the conversation. Each call / meeting = 1 Digital Worker Activity.
