Amplify Screen Metrics

Amplify Screen Metrics are only available to users of Bullhorn Analytics who are using Amplify Screen.

This article lists and defines the standard Amplify Screen metrics available for Bullhorn Analytics. The Targetable? column indicates whether the metric can be used as a target. See Targetable and Non-Targetable Metrics for more information.

Amplify Screen Metrics

Amplify Screen Metrics allow you to track the efficiency and candidate experience of your AI-driven screening process. These metrics provide insights into candidate volume, screening quality, and the conversion from Amplify screen to client submission.

Metric Name	Targetable?	Description
Total Screens	Yes	The number of AI screens in the timeframe.
Completed Screens	Yes	The number of completed AI screens in the timeframe.
Incomplete Screens	Yes	The number of incomplete AI screens in the timeframe.
Total Screening Duration (Mins)	Yes	The total amount of screening time in minutes in the timeframe.
Avg Screening Duration (Mins)	Yes	The average amount of time spent in screenings in minutes in the timeframe.
Avg Screening Score	Yes	The average screening score for screens in the timeframe.
Unique Candidates Screened	Yes	The number of unique candidates who have completed an AI screen in the timeframe.
Unique Jobs (Vacancies) Screened For	Yes	The number of unique jobs who have associated completed AI screens in the timeframe.
Avg Experience Rating	Yes	The average experience rating given by candidates for screens in the timeframe.
CVs Sent (Client Submissions) From Screens	Yes	The number of client submissions in the timeframe where the candidate completed an AI screen for the job they were submitted for.
Screens With Score Of 80+	Yes	The number of AI screens in the timeframe where the recipient was given a screening score of 80 or greater.
Screens With Exp Rating	Yes	The number of AI screens in the timeframe where the recipient has given an experience rating.
Interaction Type	Yes	Indicates how a candidate completed their screening (Voice or Text).
User Chose Interaction Type	Yes	Indicates whether the candidate selected their preferred interaction type (True) or used the default set in the screener configuration ( False).
