OnPoint

OnPoint is a real-time configurable dashboard designed to help managers and leaders compare groups and individuals against their targets and each other from anywhere in the business. With OnPoint reporting, you can easily see who your rockstar employees are, those who are on their way to stardom, and those who need additional help to get them on the right path.

 

  • Review ratios such as Internal Submissions to Interviews or Interviews to Placements to see how many candidates are moving through the pipeline.
  • Check the Average Time to Fill, # of Assignments, and # of Candidate Outbound Calls to help identify opportunities for coaching.

To access OnPoint, click on the OnPoint module button at the top of the Bullhorn Analytics screen.

OnPoint Reporting Tips

  • You can display the total value of all users in a team by selecting the team Group to display in the report. Choosing the Company level group will show the aggregate value for all sub groups.
  • To compare different timezones, you'll need to rerun the report with a different timeframe selected. You could download each report to CSV and compare them externally.
  • Targets often show with decimal places (even if set as whole numbers) as the target timeframe will not always line up perfectly with the timeframe selected. For example, in OnPoint if you are looking at This Month but the targets are set as weekly, we need to expand the weekly target to fit in the number of working days for that month.

If you have logged your activity in Bullhorn ATS but this is not show correctly in OnPoint, please raise the issue with your Bullhorn Analytics administrator.
