Bullhorn Analytics Editions

We offer four different editions of Bullhorn Analytics, each targeted to meet the needs of your users and business. This article explains what is included in each edition:

Starter Edition : This edition is part of the Bullhorn Front Office - Growth package and is our most basic package. It includes Starter OneView Page, AI Assistant Dashboard, Automation Dashboard, and all metrics detailed in the Starter Edition Standard Metrics Dictionary Note: The Starter Oneview Page, Automation Dashboard, and AI Assistant Dashboard are pre-configured and cannot be amended.
Growth Edition: Designed for growing small-to-medium businesses (1-19 users) who want to expand Bullhorn with more comprehensive metrics (~40 available) in OneView, OnPoint, and Jobs Pipeline. Clients also have access to the pre-configured Automation Dashboard, and AI Assistant Dashboard. It includes all metrics detailed in the Growth Edition Standard Metrics Dictionary.
Corporate Edition: Used by field businesses (10-99 users) and very similar to Growth (~40 metrics in OneView and OnPoint), with the choice between Jobs Pipeline or Gamification. Clients have access to the pre-configured Automation Dashboard, and AI Assistant Dashboard. It includes all metrics detailed in the Corporate Edition Standard Metrics Dictionary .

Analytics Corporate Edition is no longer available to new customers.

Enterprise Edition: This edition encompasses the complete range of Bullhorn Analytics features, including OneView, OnPoint, Jobs Pipeline, Trends, Slice & Dice, and Dashboards. It offers over 100 metrics as detailed in the Enterprise Standard Metrics Dictionary, alongside additional functionalities such as Tags and the ability to create and edit metrics. Enterprise customers can also have access to Marketplace Partner and external data if they have Bullhorn Data Hub. See Data Hub: Reporting in Bullhorn Analytics for more information.
