Surveys

Surveys are an incredibly useful tool for gathering information on customer satisfaction. Some examples of ways surveys could be used include:

  • Review the onboarding procedures by checking on new hires.
  • Gather information on the recruiting process.
  • Gain insight on the placement's experience with a post-assignment satisfaction survey.
  • Use a survey to update candidate records.
  • Allow candidates to self-select their categories to have a better representation of their skills and career path.
  • Utilize surveys during the candidate / hiring manager interview to get insight on the interview style.

The most effective recruiters recognize the potential of surveys and use them creatively, rather than treating them as an afterthought.
