Creating Credential Requirements and Groups

CredentialClosed Requirements are essential qualifications that candidates must possess to be eligible for placement in a job. These can encompass a variety of necessities, such as tests, documented evidence, licenses, or certifications. To streamline the process of managing multiple requirements across different clients or facilities, Credential Requirement Groups can be utilized, allowing for efficient assignment and tracking.

Credential Requirements can be associated with various record types within Bullhorn, ensuring comprehensive coverage at each stage of the recruitment process:

  • Candidates: Optional but beneficial for early qualification.
  • Companies: Facilitates overarching requirements at the client level. (See Flowing Credential Requirements for details.)
  • Jobs: Ensures job-specific credentials are tracked. (See Flowing Credential Requirements for details.)
  • Submissions: Monitors credentials during internal evaluations.
  • Placements: Confirms all necessary credentials are met before finalizing placements.

For a detailed view of all assigned Credential Requirements across candidates, job submissions, or placements, refer to Viewing Candidate Credential Information.
