Admin: Autopopulate Closing Report Fields in the Candidate ATS

You can autopopulate Closing Report fields when creating a Closing Report from the Candidate ATS.

To configure the auto-population for the Closing Report, you must map the source of the data you want to automatically fill into the closing report field.

1. Navigate Setup > Custom Metadata Types.
2. Next to Closing Report Mapping click Manage Records.
3. In the relevant record, find the Job or the Application V2 field and enter the API name you want to map from.
4. Click Save.
