Finalizing Invoices

Overview

After reviewing and marking an invoice as "Ready," you are ready to finalize the invoice to indicate that it is ready to be sent to the client.

These instructions refer to the default terms related to Invoice Statements and may vary from how your system was configured.

Before You Begin

Finalizing an invoice cannot be undone.

Steps

From the Invoice Detail

  1. Finalizing from the Invoice Details gives you the opportunity to review the charges before finalizing the invoice.
  2. From the menu, navigate to Admin > Invoices.
  3. From the Invoice List, select the Invoice ID for the invoice you would like to finalize.
  4. On the Details tab, choose Finalize located in the top-right of the screen.

From the Invoice List

  1. Finalizing invoices from the Invoice List allows you to finalize multiple invoices at one time.
  2. From the menu, navigate to Admin > Invoices.
  3. Check the box next to each invoice you wish to finalize.
  4. Select Actions / # Selected and choose Finalize.

Once the invoice has been finalized you are ready to send the invoice to your client.
