Creating an Earn Code Template

Overview

Every placement requires at least one Earn Code group to be added to the Rate Card. Often more than one group of Earn Codes is needed. Earn Codes that are frequently used together can be added to an Earn Code Template. This can save time and error when creating a new Rate Card by selecting a template instead of each Earn Code individually.

This article contains instructions for creating an Earn Code Template.

Steps

1. Navigate to Menu > Admin > Earn Codes.
2. Select the Earn Code Templates tab.
3. Select ADD EARN CODE TEMPLATE +.
   
4. Complete the following fields:
   • Title: The name of the template that will show up when applying a template to a Rate Card.
   • Description: A brief description for the use of the template.
   • Earn Codes: Add all applicable Earn Code Groups for the template.
5. Click Save.
