Managing Earn Code Templates

Overview

Every placement will require at least one Earn Code Group to be added to the Rate Card. Often more than one group of Earn Codes is needed. Earn Codes that are frequently used together can be added to an Earn Code Template. This can save time and error when creating a new Rate Card by selecting just one template instead of each earn code individually.

Steps to Edit Earn Code Templates

1. Navigate to Menu > Admin > Earn Codes.
2. Select the Earn Code Templates tab.
3. On the Actions drop-down next to the template that needs to be updated select Edit.
4. Make the necessary updates and click Save.

Steps to Delete Earn Code Templates

1. Navigate to Menu > Admin > Earn Codes.
2. Select the Earn Code Templates tab.
3. On the Actions drop-down next to the template that needs to be updated select Delete.
4. From the pop up select Delete.
