The following table contains a list of all the field types available when building forms.

Dropdown |
Pull down menu with several options to choose one response from. Appears similar to the dropdown menus on the form builder. Special characters cannot be used when initially creating responses for any of the multi-choice type fields; in order to include special characters first build the form, place the fields onto the PDF and save, then edit the form and add the special characters. |

Radio Group |
Radio button options that allow users to select one answer. Account Number |
Used for capturing bank account and/or routing information; does not remove leading 0’s; Data entered in this field must be numeric. You can set a minimum and maximum length. |

Typeahead Select |
Functions similar to Checkbox Group (able to select more than one response from a set list) but adds in a space where the candidate can type in their answers and it will narrow down the options for them to select from. This can be a single or multi-select field. |
