Identifying Cloud Clock Carrier
Cloud Clocks are a type on BTE Clock that can run on Wifi or with Cellular Data from a carrier (AT&T or Verizon). You may need to identify carrier in order to swap your clock, or troubleshoot an issue with the clock connectivity. Clocks running on Wifi will not have a carrier. Use this article to identify which cellular carrier your Cloud Clock has.
See Cloud Clock Cellular Troubleshooting for troubleshooting steps.
There are two primary methods to identify if a Cloud Clock is using Verizon or AT&T: from the Time Management Console (TMC) or via the Cellular Data Number.
Identifying Carrier via TMC
-
Under the Clock group in the TMC, navigate to Maintenence > Administration > Clocks.
-
Select the correct Clock from the list.
-
Scroll down to the Ethernet Clock Parameters section.
-
Modem Type will display either "Verizon iPad" or "AT&T iPad". This is what identifies the carrier.
Identifying Carrier via the Cellular Data Number
-
On the Clock, navigate to iPad Settings > General > About > Cellular Data Number.
-
Contact Bullhorn Support, and provide the number. Support will then be able to identify the carrier.
