Pendo Clock Network Test

Overview

A network test will show if the clock is capable of sending punches to the Bullhorn Time & Expense servers.

Steps

  1. Press the MANAGER MODE key
  2. Enter the Manager PIN.
    • Please contact Bullhorn Time & Expense Support for help with your PIN.
  3. At SETUP MENU Network Test Press the ENTER key.
  4. At TEST ETHERNET COMMS? Y/N: Press the YES key.
    • The clock will perform multiple tests. The most important test is the Bullhorn Time & Expense HOST UPLOAD TEST.

If the Upload Test passes, the clock can send punches to Bullhorn Time & Expense.

If it fails, this indicates that the clock cannot send punches to Bullhorn Time & Expense.
