Your Support and Account Contacts
These are the designated individuals at your company who can work directly with Bullhorn Support. Everyone at your organization should know who these people are, since they handle requests like contract changes, adding new features, or authorizing users to work with Support. -
Your Bullhorn Product Edition
Knowing which edition your company is using helps you understand which features are available to you. If you're not sure, check with your Account Manager. -
Your Bullhorn Cluster
Bullhorn runs on a robust infrastructure made up of multiple clusters (groups of web servers). Knowing which cluster your company is on can help troubleshoot performance or connectivity issues. See Finding Your Company's Cluster Number for help with this.
