Accessing Bullhorn Hub
The Bullhorn Hub gives you access to product information, support articles, and the ability to create support cases.
Anyone with an active subscription can log in, but only support contacts can create new cases.
Common Login Scenarios for Bullhorn Hub
Admins and users rely on the Bullhorn Hub for help, product information, and resources. Login and access questions may happen. Below are the most common situations where admins and people look for guidance.
- You want to create a new support case in Bullhorn.
- You want to access the Bullhorn Hub but aren’t sure which option to choose (EX: login or registration).
- You’re logging in for the first time and need help registering with a one-time code.
- You received an email with a one-time code but aren’t sure how to use it.

Best Practices

Try Logging In Before Registering: If you’re already a Bullhorn product user or used the old community, select Log In first, instead of registering again.

Valid Email Address: Your email must match the one associated with your Bullhorn account.

Log In from Your Production Environment: Always log in from your production environment. Sandbox (SB) or Non-Production Environments (NPE) will not give you the correct Hub profile.

Ensure Your Email Matches: Use the email address associated with your work or Bullhorn-related tasks to ensure it matches the information in Bullhorn’s system.

Follow the One-Time Code Process: You’ll receive a one-time code to complete your login. Check both inbox and spam folders.

Your product will determine how you log in.
Log In with Bullhorn ATS
If you have a Bullhorn ATS account, you can log in seamlessly with single sign-on (SSO).
- You can access the login two ways:
- From help.bullhorn.com, click Log In.
- From your Bullhorn ATS account, select Help.
- Select .
You are now signed in using your SSO.
Log In with Salesforce
If you’re a Salesforce product customer, you can log in seamlessly with single sign-on (SSO).
- On help.bullhorn.com, select Log In.
- Select Log In with Bullhorn Salesforce.
You are now signed in using your SSO.
All Other Customers (Not SI Partners)
If you don’t use Bullhorn ATS or Salesforce products, you can still register and log in directly on the website.
Login and Use a Use Your One-Time-Use Code

On help.bullhorn.com, select Log In.

Enter your valid work email address and click Log In.
Stop: If you do not already have a Hub account or have not previously logged in to our old community, you must Register at this time. -
Check your email for your one-time code.
Important: Each time you log into Bullhorn Hub, you will get a one-time-use code by email for our seamless, passwordless login experience.
Register and Use Your One-Time-Use Code
If you don’t use Bullhorn ATS or Salesforce products, you can register and log in directly on the website.

On help.bullhorn.com, select Log In.

Enter your valid work email address and click Register.

Fill out all of the fields on the Register window and select Register.
If you are already registered for the Hub, you will be prompted to log in with your existing account.

You’ll receive a one-time code by email along with a login link.

To login, enter your email address and the one-time-use code you received in the email.
Access for SI Partners
As an SI Partner, you can log in just like our customers; however, you don't have to use a Bullhorn email address.
If your account information isn’t recognized, a support case will automatically be created to help you.

Bullhorn Hub is mobile-friendly and can be accessed through your device’s browser, ensuring you have support and information on the go.
Troubleshooting
If you can’t log into the Bullhorn Hub or something doesn’t look right, here are the most common problems admins and users run into and how to fix them:
- If your login doesn’t work: Confirm you’re logging in from Production (not Sandbox or NPE).
- If your email isn’t recognized: Register with your work email address so it matches Bullhorn’s system.
- If Bullhorn says your account doesn’t exist: Ask your support contact to create or update your user record.
- If you get an error about passwordless authentication: Make sure you’re using the correct login option (ATS, Salesforce, or direct registration).
- If you don’t receive the one-time code: Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact Bullhorn Support.
- If the wrong login option is selected: Switch to the method tied to your product (ATS, Salesforce, or direct registration).
- If you’re stuck in a loop: Clear browser cookies/cache and retry.
- If you try logging in from Sandbox or Staging: Use your Production Environment account instead, since Hub access won’t work from test environments.
- If login issues continue: A support ticket will be created automatically. Contact your Bullhorn admin if you don’t see a ticket confirmation.
