Access Bullhorn Hub

You can access the Hub if you have an active subscription. While non-support contacts can register and log in, only support contacts can create cases.

Depending on your product, you can log in to Bullhorn Hub in three ways from help.bullhorn.com:

  • ATS Customers: By using “Login with Bullhorn ATS”
  • Salesforce Product Customers: By using “Login with Salesforce”
  • All Other Customers: Register to enable you to directly
SI Partners: You can access Bullhorn Hub just like customers, and you don’t need a Bullhorn email address to register. Simply visit help.bullhorn.com, complete the registration form, and use the one-time code sent to your email to log in. If your account information isn’t recognized or you experience any issues logging in, a support case will automatically be created to assist you. Refer to SI Partner Hub Access for further details.

Best Practices

  • Try Logging In Before Registering: If you’re already a Bullhorn product user or have accessed the old community, use the login option first. Avoid registering again.

  • Valid Email Address: You must have a valid email address to access the Hub.

  • Use Your Production Environment: Always log in from your production environment. Logging in from a Sandbox (SB) or Non-Production Environment (NPE) will not access the correct Hub profile.

  • Ensure Your Email Matches: Use the email address associated with your work or Bullhorn-related tasks to ensure it matches the information in Bullhorn’s system.

  • Follow the One-Time Code Process: Use the one-time code code to complete your login. Check your inbox and junk/spam folders for this email.

As an ATS User

If you have a Bullhorn ATS account to log in seamlessly with single sign-on, you must either:

  • Use your Bullhorn ATS account and click “Help
  • On help.bullhorn.com, use the "Log In with Bullhorn ATS"

With a Salesforce Product

If you have a Salesforce product and previously used “Log In with Salesforce,” continue to use this option.

Using the URL

If you are not using ATS or a Salesforce product, you can log in directly at help.bullhorn.com.

  1. Visit help.bullhorn.com in your browser.
  2. Enter your valid email address to log in if you’re a Bullhorn product user or have accessed the old community.

  3. If you cannot log in with your valid email address, complete the registration form with your information. If you are already registered for the Hub, you will be prompted to log in with your existing account.
  4. Click “Register.”
  5. You’ll receive an email with a one-time code and a link to the login page.
  6. Use your email address and the one-time code to log in.

If you are already registered for the Hub, you will be prompted to log in with your existing account.

Each time you log into Bullhorn Hub, you will get a one-time code by email for our seamless, passwordless login experience.

Mobile

Bullhorn Hub is mobile-friendly and can be accessed through your device’s browser, ensuring you have support and information on the go.
