How to Edit and Create JCard Templates

Templates are a way to customize what data shows up on a jCard. jCards are used on Contact records, Speed Review, and Presentations to optimize the way certain data is displayed. In order to customize a jCard, you will need to either edit an existing template or create new ones. Our product comes configured with two default templates which we recommend be used on the Contact view and on the Speed Review view.

Note: The Template Creator is intended to be used by administrators and Jobsciencesupport only.

• To access the Template Creator, append apex/ts2__jcardtemplatecreator to your Salesforce URL.

  • For example: https://na31.salesforce.com/apex/ts2__jcardtemplatecreator
    
    This will open the Template Creator. By default, the Templates screen is displayed. From here you can see existing templates, as well as create new ones.
