Amplify Screen: Allow Returning Candidates to Reuse Previous Answers

What's new?
You can now configure Amplify Screener to offer candidates the option to skip questions they have already answered in a previous screening, reusing their previous answer instead. This feature is currently in early access.
Why does it matter?
Candidates no longer have to repeat themselves when screened for multiple roles, reducing friction and improving the overall experience. Recruiters benefit from faster, more efficient screenings that focus only on new or unanswered questions.
How do I enable this?
To enable candidates to reuse previous answers:

Open your screener question settings within your screener engagement.

Under the Instructions section, check the Reuse Previous Answers checkbox.

Save.
When enabled, the screener will check past screening transcripts and offer candidates the option to reuse answers to any questions they have already answered within the past 30 days.
