What's new?

You can now use the Enrich from Note automation step to automatically update candidate records using data extracted from note content. When a candidate enters this step, the system reads the most recent note matching your configured note action type(s) and applies the extracted field values to the candidate record. The step is available for Candidate, Submission, and Placement automations.

Why does it matter?

This step lets you automatically transfer information from call notes, interview summaries, and other note content into candidate fields, ensuring that valuable information is searchable and reportable. This automates the note enrichment available when manually adding or editing a note in the ATS, so you can process notes in bulk and apply enrichment to historic records without reviewing each one individually.

How do I enable this?

This step is available for all Amplify customers. To use it, place the Enrich from Note step at the desired point in your automation workflow. For more information and a guide to configuring the step, see Enrich from Note Automation Step.

This step requires the Amplify Enrich Fields configuration to be set up in your environment before use. Contact your account manager to confirm access.
