Access to reporting is only available for users with Owner or Operational permissions.
To access user reporting, take the following steps:
- Click the drop-down arrow to the right of your user profile, then select Settings.
- Once you are in Settings, click Reporting in the top right corner.
- Once in the Reporting tab, you'll be able to see the breakdown of all the teams within the account.
- To view the usage report for an individual team, locate the desired team and select Usage Report under the team name.
- Once the report has loaded, you can sort the report by clicking the arrows next to each column. You can also amend the date range by clicking the drop-down in the top right corner.
If you would like to download the user report, select Download Report.
Columns in the User Report
The user report displays the following columns:
- Last active: The date the user last logged in.
- No. of Searches: How many searches the user has built (this includes candidate and lead searches).
- Candidates Viewed: How many times the user has clicked View on a candidate's profile.
- Leads Viewed: How many leads the user has clicked on.
- SourceBots: How many SourceBots the user has set up on their account.
- Send to Recruiter: How many times the user has used the LinkedIn Browser Extension to push a search through to LinkedIn.
- Smart Search: How many times the user has used the Smart Search toggle buttons when in a search.
