VMS Email Forwarding Steps

If a VMS doesn't allow Bullhorn to update the email address, you must forward the VMS generated emails to an alternate address so that Bullhorn can process them.

  1. Check your account’s default email inbox for the VMS Sync Credential Activation email with “VMS Sync Credential Activation: VMS Name” as the subject line.
    • Your account’s default email appears in the Email field on the Account Details page.

      If you didn't receive the VMS Sync Credential Activation email, contact Customer Support.


  2. Select an email from the VMS specified in the VMS Sync Activation email, using the list of email addresses by VMS to in your search:
    • Agile1: alert@agile1.com
    • Beeline: donotreply@beenotify.com
    • Fieldglass: fieldglass@fieldglass.net
    • FocusOne: focusoneconnect_updates@focusoneconnect.com
    • IQNavigator: noreply@iqn.com
    • PeopleFluent: vmsBatch@peopleclick.com
    • StaffEnabler: info@guidantgroup.com
    • WAND: wandmsgs@pro-unlimited.com
  3. Follow your email provider’s instructions to forward all emails from the VMS address to the “Unique email” address specified in the VMS Sync Activation email.
  4. When the “Unique email” address receives its first notification from the VMS, VMS Sync updates the Credential status from “Pending” to “Active.”
