Amplify Prospect gives recruiters access to business development intelligence directly in Bullhorn ATS. For any connected company, Prospect surfaces open jobs, key contacts, recent news, and a BD signal score to help you identify the best opportunities and prioritize your outreach. Data from external sources is linked directly to your Bullhorn records so you can take action without leaving the platform.

Key features

• BD Signal Score: An at-a-glance measure of the business development opportunity for each company, based on hiring activity, job and contact coverage, and working relationship.

• Company overview: Key company details including size, industries, Glassdoor rating, employee growth, and hiring velocity data.

• Active job coverage: Currently open jobs sourced from MarketIQ, SourceBreaker, and the web, sorted by relevancy to you.

• Contact discovery: Manager-level-and-above contacts organized by function and seniority, with the option to view contact details and add them to Bullhorn.

• Recent news: Latest articles about connected companies to support business development and outreach preparation.

• Suggested Actions: Field update suggestions for connected company and contact records.
