Amplify Transcribe is an AI-powered meeting assistant built into Bullhorn. It connects to your Google or Microsoft calendar, joins your scheduled calls on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, and automatically records, transcribes, and summarises each meeting — saving the output directly to a note on the relevant record in Bullhorn.

Instead of switching between tools to capture notes and update records after a call, Transcribe handles it for you so you can stay focused on the conversation.

What Transcribe Does

Amplify Transcribe works across the full meeting lifecycle, from preparation through to post-call follow-up:

  • Before the call: You’ll see a configurable prep sheet based on the call type, so you know exactly what to cover.

  • During the call: The Transcribe bot joins the meeting and records the conversation. You can view the prep sheet and add your own notes alongside the recording.

  • After the call: Transcribe generates a structured summary, a Q&A view, and a full transcript. From there, you can save the note to the linked Bullhorn record, ask Amplify for insights about the meeting, and enrich the associated record with details gathered during the call.
