Amplify Transcribe
Amplify Transcribe is an AI-powered meeting assistant built into Bullhorn. It automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your calls, saving the output directly to a note on the relevant record in Bullhorn. Use it with the Transcribe bot for scheduled video meetings, or record directly from your computer for impromptu calls and in-person meetings.
Instead of switching between tools to capture notes and update records after a call, Transcribe handles it for you so you can stay focused on the conversation.
What Transcribe Does
Amplify Transcribe works across the full meeting lifecycle, from preparation through to post-call follow-up:

Before the call: You’ll see a configurable prep sheet based on the call type, so you know exactly what to cover.

During the call: Record the conversation in the way that suits the call. For scheduled meetings, the Transcribe bot can join automatically. For impromptu calls and in-person meetings, you can start recording from your own computer without a bot. If your administrator has enabled Transcribe Live, Amplify also fills in your prep sheet answers and captures key points as the conversation happens.

After the call: Transcribe generates a structured summary and a full transcript. From there, you can save the note to the linked Bullhorn record, ask Amplify for insights about the meeting, and enrich the associated record with details gathered during the call.
Ways to Record
Transcribe offers two ways to capture a call. Both produce the same summary and transcript afterward.

Transcribe Live
If your administrator has enabled Transcribe Live, Amplify adds a real-time AI layer to your calls. While the call is in progress, Amplify:
Detects answers to your prep sheet questions and fills them in automatically.
Populates a Live Insights tab with action items, key points, and decisions as they come up.
If Transcribe Live isn’t enabled, you’ll receive the summary and transcript once the call has finished. For more information, see Amplify Transcribe Live.
