Amplify Verify evaluates candidate job applications for signs of automation, fraud, or misrepresentation, and surfaces a risk assessment directly on the candidate record in Bullhorn ATS. It scores signals collected during the application process alongside content and network data, and delivers plain-language insights on the record so you can identify genuine candidates and prioritize your review.
How Amplify Verify Works
Amplify Verify evaluates each application across three stages:

| 1. Collect | Session data is captured in the background during the application process. This can be collected through the Bullhorn JavaScript snippet installed on your job site, through Bullhorn Automation using Amplify Screen, and through candidate-facing forms in Talent Platform and Bullhorn Time & Expense (BTE). |
| 2. Evaluate |
The system compares captured data and behavioral signals against known patterns of bot activity, device reuse, and content manipulation. It evaluates both the current session and historical data to produce a Clear, Flagged, or Needs Review result with a breakdown of contributing signals. |
| 3. Surface | The result and signal details appear directly on the candidate record in Bullhorn ATS as plain-language insights. |
Amplify Verify does not integrate with external job boards such as Indeed or Dice and has no data-collection partnership with LinkedIn. Candidates who apply through these channels will not have session data available.
