Different Types of Pipeline

Jobs Pipeline supports different pipelines determined by Job Type e.g. Permanent / Direct Hire or Contract / Temp. This ensures that jobs / vacancies sit in the correct category.

Each pipeline can have its own sequence of stages. For example, a Further Interviews stage may not be required for the Contract / Temp workflow. These can be customized by your Bullhorn Analytics Administrator.

As a user, if you do not own, or have activity against, any jobs / vacancies within the timeframe selected for latest activity for a certain pipeline type, that pipeline will not be visible. So, if you are a Perm / Direct Hire only consultant, then you will never see the Contract / Temp pipeline.
