Priority Metrics and Targets

Priority Metrics are metrics with targets applied to them. They represent specific elements of activity or sales benchmarks for you to focus on. Priority Metrics are defined and set by your management/administrative team and can be personalised at the user, group, or company level.

You can click on a Priority Metric to view the contributing activity data (known as a Clickthrough).

Target Colors

Priority Metrics with a target against them have a dial which changes color based on the percentage of target achieved.

The color of the dial represents the following:

  • Red: 0% - 49% on track to meet target.
  • Amber: 50% - 99% on track to meet target.
  • Green: 100% + on track to meet target.

The color of the dial changes based on how on-track you are to achieving the target. This means you could have a metric at only 30% achievement, but if it is only one day into the month, the dial will be green because you are ahead of where you need to be to reach the target at the end of the month.

These percentages are not currently customizable.

Priority Metrics can be assigned a target of zero, in which case a simple count of activity will be displayed.
