Importing International Phone Numbers with the Bullhorn Messaging Next Chrome Extension

Setting your account's Country Code will let you find non-US numbers with the Chrome Extension

If you need to import numbers that are outside of the US and Canada using the Chrome Extension, you will need to make sure that your account's Country Code is set correctly in case you come across any numbers which are formatted on the page without a Country Code!

(Bullhorn Messaging uses E.164 formatting, which is the international telephone numbering plan that ensures each device on the network has a globally unique number.)

Examples of number formats that will import correctly regardless of Bullhorn Messaging Country Code setting:

+44 2071 838 750

4902071838750

13034423223

0442071838750

00442071838750

Examples of number formats that will import with the set Bullhorn Messaging Country Code at the beginning:

2071838750

0 2071 838 750

In the below example, the phone number on the page is 0 7123 456 789:

When the account's Country Code is set to Germany, the number is imported as:

+49 7123456789

When the account's Country Code is set to UK, the number is imported as:

+44 7123456789

If the account's Country Code was set to US (default), it would be imported as:

+17123456789
