Sending the Submitted Timesheet Email to Manager

Overview

Once the last User assigned to a Manager submits their time, the Manager will automatically be sent an email with a link to Approve submitted Timesheets.

If the Manager is requesting the approval email before their last User has submitted their time, you can manually send it from the Control Panel.

Steps

Note: The Manager must have at least one Timesheet that is awaiting approval.

  1. Navigate to the Control Panel.
  2. From the menu on the left, select Communication > Email.


  3. In the dropdown menu, select the manager that will be receiving the email.


  4. If necessary, edit the message going to the manager.


  5. When finished, select Send to email the manager the submitted timesheet email.
    • The email will only send if the selected manager has at least one timesheet awaiting approval.
