Viewing Sent Email Logs

Overview

There are many different types of emails that go out to your Managers, Employees, and Administrators. The Email Log Report allows you to view which emails have gone out and when.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. Select the Create sub-tab.
  3. Under Choose a Report, open the Operations group.
  4. Choose the Email Log Date report.
  5. In the Report Options section, enter in the Start Date and End Date.
    • This is the date range of the report.
  6. Select Run Report.
    • The Results tab will now display.
  7. In the Report Sent to Server popup, select OK.
  8. On the Results tab, locate your report and open it by selecting the file name in the Open column.
