Email Compliance List Unsubscribe Header

List-unsubscribe headers are used by many email clients A Company is the organization where the contact works. This can also be called the Client. to provide a straightforward and standardized method for recipients to unsubscribe from mailing lists.

Email providers such as Gmail and Yahoo offer this functionality, whereby a link is displayed at the top of an email, allowing users to unsubscribe from the mailing list. BH4SF users requested this capability to comply with the new anti-spam policies of Gmail and Yahoo, enabling their email recipients to easily opt-out of receiving marketing emails.

To have this user-friendly functionality, the sender of the email needs to add additional parameters to the email, referred to as the List-Unsubscribe Headers. These headers contain the information needed by the email provider to display the unsubscribe links.

Users have the ability to add the List-Unsubscribe functionality to outgoing emails.
