Configure Power Share for Power Notes
Power Share is not a stand alone feature. It does not require any special configuration once Power Notes is configured.
Power Share inherits the configuration of Power Notes. This inheritance means sections/fields have the same available options.
For example, the Related section has the following objects supported out of the box:
- Accounts A business entity/company
- Contacts A contact (or client contact) is the person who the recruiter is working with at a Company. In Talent Rover a Contact can be either a Client Contact or a Candidate Contact. Both types of Contacts are stored in the same object (Contact).
- Jobs A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement.
- Applicationv2
- SendOutSchedulev2.
These objects will be available in Power Notes and Power Share.
More objects can be added with configuration.
