Read Only Rejected Closed Applications
Read-Only windows are available for all views, except Submittals, when the following actions are taken:
- Job A job (vacancy, position, role) is an opening for which a customer's client needs a placement. is Closed
- Talent is Placed
- Talent is Rejected
And the Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. is in one of these three states:
- Job is Closed
- Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement) has been Rejected
- Candidate is Placed
You will still be able to view the Candidate's completed ATS Stages in Read-only mode.
How To
Click the View icon, to open the Read-Only window (modal) for the application in the following scenarios:
- Rejected: Displays the populated read-only data for rejected applications.
- Closing Report Fifth Stage of Job placement flow, a Candidate that reaches the Closing Report Placement stage has been assigned to a job. In BH4SF, a 'Closing Report' is a record that captures all the information related to the newly filled position (name of Candidate, position, salary, start date, which recruiter gets credit for the hire etc.): Displays the populated read-only data for the Closing Report stage.
- Closed Job: Displays the populated read-only data for the associated closed job.
- Offer The fourth Stage of Job application flow. This is when the candidate is offered the position (details about salary, locations etc are shared and candidate decides if he wants to take the job): Available in the Offer stage for any applications that have reached or passed the Internal Interview The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client./Send Out The third Stage of Job application flow. This is when the recruiter sets up a job interview between Candidate and Client. stage.
Configuration
Enable the checkbox in ATS_Configuration_Settingsc custom setting for View Rejected and Closed Application modals.
