Community provides access to all of our help and support articles, and for some users, access to support tickets. This article covers how to access and use the Community.Key Features
- Help and Support Articles: Access a comprehensive library of documentation on Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud topics. These articles help you fix problems, understand features, and make the most of Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud.
- Support Tickets: Select users (determined by access level), an submit requests for personalized help directly through the Community. This feature allows you to get targeted assistance from our support team.
