Troubleshooting Middle Office Sync Issues

Sync issues occur when something disrupts the flow of data between ATS and BTE. For example, a placement fails to sync to BTE or timesheet data doesn't flow back into ATS. There are a few different tools you can use when troubleshooting sync issues:

  • Placement Viewer: In BTE, search for the Placement ID to review sync status, field mapping, and time sync events. Use this as your first troubleshooting step.

  • Reconciliation Dashboard: Identifies systematic sync issues across multiple placements. Use when many placements appear affected.

  • Fetch Placements: Manually triggers a re-sync from ATS to BTE. Use when a placement should sync but hasn't yet.
