Email Reminder Examples
Email Reminders can be set up in BTE to automatically send on a schedule to employees and/or approvers. These emails urge employees to enter and submit time via WTE or approvers to approve time or expenses for a specific time period. The following information shows example emails that the system sends to employees and/or approvers when the setup is configured properly.

Time Entry Reminder
This is an email reminder to an employee, urging them to enter and submit their timesheet.
Time Approval Reminder
This is an email reminder to a Time Approver, urging them to approve time.
Expense Approval
This is an email reminder to an Expense Approver, urging them to approve expenses.
