This glossary defines the core terms you will see in Bullhorn Launch.

Catalog

A catalog is a collection of courses and learning plans used to organize learning content and manage which users can see it.

Course

A series of lessons that teaches the knowledge and skills needed for a specific job or activity. Most Bullhorn Launch courses are eLearning, meaning the learning is conducted via electronic media, typically on the internet.

Channel

Channels are streams of topics, mostly short-form videos and recorded webinars, for more informal learning. You can follow channels to be notified when new content is added.

Learning Management System

A learning management system (LMS) is a software application that helps plan, deliver, and track educational programs and training. Bullhorn Launch is Bullhorn's LMS.

Learning Plan

Learning plans are curated sequences of courses that form the backbone of a personalized learning journey. Think of a learning plan as a curriculum.

Playlist

Playlists let you gather different learning content into one centralized area to watch or reference later, and to share with others.
