Location Radius Searching

What is the GEO Search Capability?

Jobscience has location services to provide radius searching. The searching aspect is available within PowerSearch on the Contact jFactor.

How to Setup

• Contact Jobscience Support

• Jobscience Support can assist with the initial setup of the location services

• We will populate GEO location by running a developer script and scheduling an Apex Class.

  • The developer script will process existing Contacts while the scheduled Apex Class processes new Contacts and Contacts with modified Mailing Address values.

Data Quality

• The quality of your data will impact the success of the process

• While the success rate of passing the location services does vary based on local address preferences and publicly available information. Jobscience will check if data is available in the following order. If data is not available for fields in item 1, item 2 will checked. If data is not available in items 1 or 2, item 3 will be checked.

  2. Country, City, & State without Zip Code

  3. City, State, & Zip Code without Country
