Link Companies

Follow these steps to link a VMS Company to an ATS Company from the Unlinked Companies tab:

1. Click on the VMS Company you want to link
   • You can search for VMS Companies by name, address or VMS.
2. Search for the corresponding ATS Company, select it, then click the Link Companies button.
   • You can search for ATS Companies by name, address or ATS ID.

Once linked, the unmapped position will immediately and automatically move to VMS Sync’s retry queue.

• ATS upload can take between a few seconds to a few minutes depending on how many positions are associated with the VMS Company.
• Previously uploaded positions will be updated in the ATS to reflect the newly linked ATS Company value.
