View Unlinked Positions

Company Mapping connects VMS company data to ATS company data so that the correct ATS company is set on a position when it uploads. This matching can happen automatically or manually. In Admin Tools you can quickly view unmapped positions from the Positions tab. Do the following:

1. From the list view, set Status to UNMAPPED.

   • This displays unmapped positions from both Company Mapping and Skill Mapping.
     

2. On the Position Details view, you can see a Company Unmapped report and a link to the unlinked VMS Company.
   

3. From the Position Details view, click the Company Mapping link to quickly navigate to the VMS Company on the Unlinked Companies tab of the Company Mapping Dashboard.
