Refresh and Hide Companies

VMS Sync refreshes companies daily, adding new companies and soft deleting companies no longer found in the ATS. You can also manually refresh and hide both ATS and VMS Companies from the Unlinked tab.

• To manually refresh companies, click the Refresh icon.
• To hide companies, select a company and then click the Hide Company button.
  • Hiding a VMS Company is an easy way to ignore all positions with that unique Company Name/Address combo for delivery.
  • Hiding an ATS Company prevents VMS Sync and Admin Tools users from linking VMS Companies to it.
