Refresh and Hide Companies
Company Mapping connects VMS company data to ATS company data so that the correct ATS company is set on a position when it uploads. This matching can happen automatically or manually.
VMS Sync refreshes companies daily, adding new companies and soft deleting companies no longer found in the ATS. You can also manually refresh and hide both ATS and VMS Companies from the Unlinked tab. The following actions can all be taken on the Company Mappings Dashboard in VMS Sync.
- To manually refresh companies, click the Refresh
icon. - To hide companies, select a company and then click the Hide Company button.
- Hiding a VMS Company is an easy way to ignore all positions with that unique Company Name/Address combo for delivery.
- Hiding an ATS Company prevents VMS Sync and Admin Tools users from linking VMS Companies to it.
- To unhide a company, check the Include Hidden VMS check box. Then click the Show Company button.
