Add Corporation

This workflow will create a corporation record.

Permission for this component is granted via the manage corporation permission under the financial administration category.

1. From the Manage Corporations segment, click the Add button below the list box.

   

2. The Add Corporation workflow in a new window.

   • While updating the form, fields marked in red are required to complete the workflow.
   • Duplicate Federal EIN’s are not allowed; validation on this field occurs on confirm of workflow.

   

3. Clicking confirm completes the workflow and returns to the Manage Corporation segment.

4. The new corporation is listed last in the listbox and is accessible via the name link.
