Manage Corporations

The corporation is an entity for each Federal or Employer ID under which a staffing company reports to the Federal Government. Adapt allows many corporations to account for various ID numbers used to report taxing information. There is a one to one relationship between the branch record and corporation; but a multi relationship between the corporation record and branches. In other words, a branch can be associated with only 1 corporation, but a corporation can be associated with many branches. Permission for this component is granted via the manage corporations permission under the financial administration category.

1. Mouse over Administration on the main navigator and then select Administration..
2. Select Manage Corporations from the Financial Administration section of the segment to access the component.

3. The Manage Corporations segment is displayed.

   •  All corporations in the system are located in a listbox.
   •  Create and remove records through the Add and Delete buttons below the listbox.
   • Access and maintenance the record through the name link.
