This feature can be used to add dynamic jobs to your messages. AI Job Match can be leveraged for many use cases, and some of the most popular are outlined below:
- When nurturing your talent pool, include "Jobs you might be interested in". Start with the Re-engage Passive Candidates blueprint to set this up.
- Automatically respond to all online applicants and keep them engaged by suggesting other roles they could be a good fit for. Learn how to set that up here or start with the blueprint titled Engage Applicants to set this up.
