AI Job Match

By matching candidates with the most relevant jobs and presenting them at multiple touchpoints, AI Job Match assists agencies in maintaining a relationship with their ATS talent. This results in a more engaged talent pool by shortening the time to submission and providing a personalized candidate experience.

AI Job Match is available to Bullhorn Automation customers with Corporate and Enterprise editions of Bullhorn Automation.

This feature can be used to add dynamic jobs to your messages. AI Job Match can be leveraged for many use cases, and some of the most popular are outlined below:

  • When nurturing your talent pool, include "Jobs you might be interested in". Start with the Re-engage Passive Candidates blueprint to set this up.
  • Automatically respond to all online applicants and keep them engaged by suggesting other roles they could be a good fit for. Learn how to set that up here or start with the blueprint titled Engage Applicants to set this up.
