View Duplicate Records
If you plan on merging duplicate records in your ATS, please review the article Removing Duplicate Records from Bullhorn Automation for the recommended way to ensure these records are also removed from Bullhorn Automation.
automatically provides you with an exportable list of your duplicate records. To access this, go to your Lists
A collection of ATS records that meets specified criteria, such as a scheduled end date or a low NPS response. Area and look for the lists called Duplicate Candidates, Duplicate Sales Contacts, and Duplicate Leads. These lists are added by default.
Duplicates lists contain all records that have the same email address or the same characters listed in the email1 field across two or more records. These lists appear as "One-Time Lists" as they're hard-coded to update daily and can't be altered.
Duplicate lists will only consider a record a duplicate if there is a value in the email address field, if it's null or blank, it will NOT get matched against duplicates
When creating lists, you can filter out duplicates by using the logic Not in List > Duplicate Candidates or Duplicate Sales Contacts or Duplicate Leads. This will remove all records that have a duplicate from the criteria.
